We devise our menus like a stroll through a careful selection of seasonal products from land, sea, and our fields. No two days are alike for our producers who have to adapt to the environment and work in the best possible way, with the sole aim of producing quality ingredients, respecting nature.
This is why La Flibuste has decided to set your tastebuds tingling in line with our arrivals, our simple objective is excellence. Be surprised, savour and enjoy letting go… From Tuesday to Saturday lunchtimes we propose a menu to be chosen for the whole table, which will be brought to you in several servings.

Posted like a guard at the entrance of the port of Marina Baie des Anges, the restaurant la Flibuste has undergone many changes since it was taken over by Roger Martins some 17 years ago. Involved with local businesses for the past three decades, this enthusiastic entrepreneur has devoted all of his energies in the restaurant, which he has endeavoured to elevate to the higher rungs of high-end catering over the years.
The terrace, which is very pleasant in the warm season, has been extended, and a space called “Salon Martin’s”, next to the impressive mural wine cellar, is a favourite venue for patrons sharing a cup of tea or drinks among friends.

An ebullition of tastes and textures, where technique takes second place to flavours, offering a unique experience, following the moods of each season, inviting you to be guided and surprised. When things have their true taste, gastronomy becomes an exploration of the cultures and lands that surround us, a journey through time and space.

L’Art c’est avant tout une aventure personnelle, quelque chose d’inexplicable qui va susciter des émotions et nourrir l’âme de celui qui sera touché par l’œuvre. Susciter un questionnement, ouvrir le débat, la curiosité, apporter de la couleur au moment. C’est pourquoi, il nous est apparu comme une évidence d’associer notre Art culinaire à celui d’un artiste en accord avec notre philosophie.
Nous avons donc l’immense plaisir de vous annoncer que la Flibuste expose aujourd’hui l’artiste David David, et ses œuvres emblématiques «Tête dans l’Art», un personnage ironiquement affublé d’un seau de peinture renversé sur la tête mais aussi des toiles n’ayant pas de visages mais dégageant une émotion gravant la grammaire du vécu.
Une invitation à découvrir sa vision de notre société à travers des métaphores aussi ironiques que pertinentes, éclairant ce que la société voudrait invisible.
A partir de mars 2023, vous pourrez admirer 4 œuvres représentatives de son ART au sein de notre établissement, et mêler ainsi plaisir des yeux et des papilles.
If parking places are scarce in the parking of the port, you won’t have any problem parking your car as you arrive at the Flibuste; a valet parking service is available in from of the restaurant.
