Nourished by a dual culture, I have always been drawn to bold blends that challenge conventions while honoring them. My cuisine is a fusion of my personal story, travels, and imagination, guided by seasonal flavors.

In a world constantly in motion, I’ve come to understand that rigid rules are meant to be disrupted. Gastronomy reaches its pinnacle when ingredients and creativity come together to awaken intense emotions and leave a profound mark on our souls.

We devise our menus like a stroll through a careful selection of seasonal products from land, sea, and our fields. No two days are alike for our producers who have to adapt to the environment and work in the best possible way, with the sole aim of producing quality ingredients, respecting nature.

This is why La Flibuste has decided to set your tastebuds tingling in line with our arrivals, our simple objective is excellence. Be surprised, savour and enjoy letting go… From Wednesday to Friday lunchtimes we propose a menu to be chosen for the whole table, which will be brought to you in several servings.
